About

I’m a mom of three boys, and we’ve lived in Boise for the past six years. I work part time as a physical therapist in a local school district and have been connected to education from many angles—first as a student earning my doctorate, then as an employee within Idaho schools, and now as a parent entering the season of teaching our boys as they approach the “school-age” years.

I’m always searching for local events and experiences that support learning in meaningful ways, and I realized there wasn’t a single place where homeschool families—or families simply looking for education-focused opportunities—could easily find programs geared toward kids. This realization led me to create this new webpage.

Looking ahead, I hope to expand this space to include more ways for families to access exploration and local hobbies like camping, snowboarding, and outdoor learning. I believe education isn’t limited to a curriculum—it happens every day through nature, curiosity, and having fun together.
